1. Returns

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
1.2 Time Frame:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
1.3 Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Contact@glovemaster.ca or through our Contact Us page. Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
1.4 Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
1.5 Condition of Returned Items:
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If the product is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a restocking fee.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
2.2 Partial Refunds:
- In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or have missing parts.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items:

3. Exchanges

3.2 Incorrect Items:
